I established the Nature of Leadership Programme at this world-renowned environmental centre. It's been running successfully for more than a decade.
It builds the psychological and relational capacities for deep, lasting organisational change by bringing leaders into direct contact with the natural world - the foundation for something that goes far beyond frameworks and skills training.
I apprenticed members of the Eden team for three years. After that, they were ready to deliver it themselves.
