Commissioned by the Eden Project in Cornwall, this ongoing programme uses immersive outdoor experience as the foundation for sustainability leadership development.
The Nature of Leadership course, running since 2016, brings leaders into direct contact with the natural world as a way of developing the psychological and relational capacities needed for genuine organisational change. We both designed the programme and trained the Eden team to deliver through an apprenticeship model.
