The Eden Project approached me to design a programme that they could offer to corporate leaders that would develop the psychological and relational capacities needed for deep, and lasting, organisational change.
The Nature of Leadership programme has run since 2016, bringing leaders into direct contact with the natural world as the foundation for something far beyond frameworks and skill development.
What makes this project distinctive is what came after the design. Rather than handing over a programme, I trained the Eden team to deliver it themselves through a three-year apprenticeship where staff shadowed me in the field before taking on delivery.
The programme continues to run today.
